What is the return and exchange policy?

You can return only unused and unopened products 
within 14 days after you received them. 

We can not accept returns such as opened or have damages, 
scratches or stains causing from your handling. 

If the reason of return is the customer's personal preference, 
postage for returns is to be paid by customers.

What happens if I have received a defective item?

If you are having trouble with your product or believe it is defective,
please let us know immediately to report your defective product.

*You may be asked to send us documents as pictures or sound clips,
or return us to confirm.

Once we received your item, a refund is initiated immediately.
Please note that we will not refund for 

the first shipping cost and return transportation charge,

if the reason of return is the customer's personal preference.

We also will not refund, if we receive a damaged or opened product.
So, please pack your product very carefully.

Exchange an item
If you would like to exchange your order, you have to return it to us.
We will send the replacement item after we received it.
If the item is no longer available, we will refund.

How long does it take to process my refund?

Once your goods are back at us, your refund will be processed.
Please allow a few days for the refund to reach your PayPal account.
