You need to let us know to cancel your order.
We will fully refund, if it has not yet shipped.

If your order is preparing for shipment or already in transit,
please refuse to obtain your order or return it to us.
Please note that you may be liable for a return transportation charge.

How do I know DiscsJapan keep me informed of the progress of my order?


Once you have placed your order successfully,
we will send you an order acknowledgment email confirming
that we have received your order.

Once your order has been accepted and processed we will send you 
a dispatch notification email confirming that your product(s) have shipped.
This email will also contain carrier and tracking number.

We aim to contact you via email if:
・we require further information from you to process your order
・we need to make changes to your order
(e.g.availability dates or products...)
・we encounter problems during delivery


I have not received my order acknowledgement or dispatch notification email.


Please make sure that the email address on your order is correct 
and that the email has not been directed to a spam folder.

When will I receive my order?


The estimated date of delivery of your order is calculated as follows:

PAYMENT: The estimated time to receive and settle your payment

AVAILABILITY: The estimated build time or availability of the items you ordered

handover to Japan post and transported from our office to your address.

The delivery time based on distance between our office location and 
your delivery address. It also would be based on the shipping method.
So, please choose the shipping method that suits your schedule.

Please note that all calculations are based on business days.
We will provide you with an estimated delivery date in your dispatch notification email
and aim to inform you should there be any changes.

You can also ask us your order status and estimated delivery time.


How do I know my order has been accepted?


Once your order has reached us, you will receive 
an email notification confirming your order details.
When your payment has been received we will send you another email to confirm 
that your order will now be processed and advising your of estimated delivery times.
You can also view your order status vie your Order History.

What is the current status of my order?


To view the most up-to-date information on your order,
visit your Order History website or contact us.

You can track where your delivery from the link below.


*You may not be able to track your delivery, 
if you have chosen "Economy Shipping/ non-registered airmail".

You will received an order acknowledgment email to confirm that we have received your order.
Once your order has been accepted and shipped, we will also send you a dispatch notification email
containing carrier information and estimated delivery dates.


What can I do on the My Account Website?


You can view the current status of your order including items ordered 
and estimated availability and delivery times and track your delivery. In addition, you can also:

・change your email address
                  ・change your delivery or billing address

Can I change my order?


If your order has not yet shipped,
we will cancel your previous order and send you full-refund.
Afterwards, you can order again our product.

Please allow that it takes more time to cancel your previous order 
and have refund, if your order has already shipped.
Besides, the order should be returned to us to process your refund.

What happens if my order is not available?


In some instances there may be stock constraints 
on certain items or items may no longer be available. 
We aim to inform you as soon as possible 
of any delays or unexpected changes via email.
And you will be fully refunded if your order is not available.


Check Order Stage


It is easy to check the status of your order.
Just click on 'Sign In / Order Tracking' at the top of Discs Japan page and sign in.

Once signed in, select 'Order History', 
This shows a summary of your orders.

On the Your Order History page, an order status message displays 
middle each of your items.These message include:

Order Placed - We have received your order and 
been waiting for your payment.

Payment Received - We have confirmed your payment.
As soon as the item is ready, 
we will send you an update and prepare the shipment. 
You can still make changes to the order at this point.

Preparing to Ship - We are completing some final details
before we ship your order. As soon as it ships, we will 
email you the delivery information. At this point,
you can still make changes to the order as follows:
・Changes your address
・Upgrade your shipping method
At this point, you can no longer make changes to the order as cancelling.

Shipped - Tracking number will be provided only if you have chosen
"Registered shipping".

This information will be available within the first 24 hours of shipment.

Delivered - The package has been dropped off at 
the shipping address specified in your order.
If you need to return any part of your order, Please contact us.


Cancel Order


So long as your item is not in Preparing to Ship or Shipped status,
you may be able to cancel an item or the entire order. 
To cancel an order or item, please contact us as soon as changed your mine.

 If you are unable to cancel your item due to it has already in transit,
you may be able to return your item.To see if your item is eligible for a return,
